I became passionate about health & fitness in my mid 20's, motivating encouraging others in reaching their goals in fitness. I make it my goal to help you gain confidence and being right there with you in becoming the best & healthiest version of yourself. I will pray with you, pray for you, joke with you, but I will not pacify you ! The joy I get out of this is seeing growth in consistency, discipline and transformation through mind, body & fitness.
